Guest Verification (Truvi) – Mandatory
To protect both our guests and the property, all bookings must complete guest verification through our trusted screening partner, Truvi.
After booking confirmation, you will receive a secure link by email and/or SMS from Truvi. This must be completed before arrival.
Through Truvi, guests will be asked to:
Verify their identity
Choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver
Most guests choose the damage waiver as it is more convenient and cost-effective than paying a full security deposit.

To facilitate smooth access, visitor requests shall be notified to Nakheel security with identification documents (Emirates ID / Passport copies). Visitor requests should be provided to us 24 hours in advance.
We provide a copy of Nakheel’s community rules before check-in. If you require a copy before booking, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

This is a self-catering property. For your convenience we provide a few essentials for your arrival until you can visit a supermarket. Please note that consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided.
The cleaning fee included in the booking is for the check-out clean. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, you can add a midstay clean in your guest portal once you have booked.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
